Christmas Fete Published on : 11 Dec 2017

The most revered programme of Christ Nagar, the Christmas Fete, was celebrated on 7th Dec. Thursday. Arch Bishop H E Rev Kuriakose Mor Severios(Fourth Metropolitan of the Kananaya Diocese) lighted the candle and delivered
the X’mas message. The special guest of the day Mr Suneesh Babu was present for the function. The esteemed presence of Rev. Fr Joseph Vattaparambil CMI(Manager, Christ Nagar Group of Institutions), Rev. Fr Bino Pattarkalam CMI
(Principal, Christ Nagar Eng. Hr Sec. School), Rev. Fr Dr Kurian Chalangady CMI (Principal, Christ Nagar ICSE), Rev. Fr Sony Palathara CMI (Principal,IGCSE), Rev. Fr Joseph Eenthumkuzhy CMI (Vice Principal & Bursar, Christ Nagar Group of Schools) graced the occasion. The X’mas message delivered by
Arch Bishop H E Rev Kuriakose Mor Severios made the atmosphere serene and yuleside by conveying the message of love and sacrifice.
The formal function was followed by ‘Ivan Ente Priyaputhram’ highlighting the
Christmas message by Ibrahim. The Majesty of the programme was enthused by
the presence of the parents and well-wishers.

Science Fair 20017-18 Published on : 26 Sep 2017

Christ Nagar Central School celebrated Annual Science Fair on 22nd and
23rd September. The theme of the fair – Bounteous Science - The Cosmic Pacifier was
projected by all the participants. This year we are dedicating our Annual Science Fair to
the differently abled. The mega event was inaugurated by Shri V.P. Balagangadharan
(Former Space Scientist, IPR Expert). The speech delivered by the Chief Guest was
inspiring and motivational. The children were all enamoured by his valuable words.
Rev. Fr Bino Pattarkalam CMI, Principal, Rev. Fr Joseph Eenthumkuzhy CMI,
Vice-Principal, Head Master Mr A Suresh and the convenors graced the occasion. This
occasion witnessed another act of charity - Dr. J. Moses, Rotarian donated a wheel
chair as a part of Nallapadam. Added attraction was the yummy food fest. Department
wise presentation and execution of various themes and concepts showcased the
creativity of children. The fair concluded at 4.30 pm.

Onam Celebration 2017-18 Published on : 02 Sep 2017

Fostering the value of mythology is an important part of education to the children especially in this modern world of machines. Christ Nagar Eng. Hr Sec School celebrated Onam with much grandeur on 31 August 2017. The chief guests Mr Dinesh Panicker, Cine Artiste and Producer and Mr Sabarinathan MLA, Aruvikkara were welcomed into the campus by a procession of students in the indeginous art form costumes like Theyyam, Kathakali, Kummatti which depict the Kerala culture. The guests spoke on the Onam spirit that brings malayalees all over the world together. The main attraction was the mega Thiruvathira comprising of four hundred girls from classes V - XI and Pulikali by the junior boys. Programmes like Thiruvathira by teachers, skit by children and Onam songs were staged. Traditional games and competitions filled the ground. The students and teachers dressed in the traditional attire added beauty to the school campus which was decorated with flower carpets and swings. It ended with Onam wishes by the Manager Rev. Fr Joseph Vattaparampil CMI, Principal Rev. Fr Bino Pattarkalam CMI, Vice Principal Rev. Fr Joseph Eenthumkuzhy CMI, Academic Co-ordinator Mr Thomas Mani, Head Master Mr Suresh A and the convenors Mr Shyju and Ms Salini.

Annual Athletic Meet 2017-18 Published on : 30 Aug 2017

The Annual Athletic Meet 2017-18 was celebrated with dignity, discipline and dedication on 11-08-2017. The events for the day began with a grand display by the school leaders, followed by the NCC cadets and right behind them the school band - all displaying the grandeur of the school.
Mr Sparjan Kumar IPS and Ms Nayana James, Asian Athletic Meet Medalist were the chief guests of the day. The day ended with the lowering of the school flag by the school counsellors followed by the National Anthem.

Student`s Day Published on : 09 Aug 2017

With absolute finesse and pride the Students’ Day which is unique to Christ Nagar was ceremoniously celebrated on 7 August 2017. Roles and Responsibilities were vested upon the young minds which proved the sheer tenacity of the students. The golden key was handed over by Rev. Fr Bino Pattarkalam CMI to the student principal Kumari Reema S Helen and student vice principal Master Ankit Praveen. Students were bestowed with the positions of Head Mistress, Academic Co-coordinators and Administrative Assistants in the event. In the concluding ceremony students shared their exuberant experience of shouldering the responsibilities.Certificates and momentous were awarded for the best class, best teacher in various subjects by the principal Rev. Fr Bino Pattarkalam CMI and Head Master Mr. Suresh A.
